Apollo 50- Jews running Hollywood.

On Sunday January 11, from 9 am to 3 pm at the Douglas Wal-Mart, both the Masonic Lodge and Shrine club will be sponsoring the free event. Both the Cochise Shrine Club and The Masonic Lodge have been involved in helping the Douglas community. The Masonic lodge and the Shrine club have been supporting victims of Domestic Violence and the House of Hope. We need to keep the women safe also; ensuring their safety is the other part of our mission. The Shine club and the shine hospital, assist children whom have suffered dreadful burns. Now, both the Masonic lodge and Shrine club are stepping up and protecting our youth even more with the Child Identification Program or CHIP. “Our CHIld Identification Program is geared to help law enforcement in the event of a child abduction. We believe in keeping our community and youth safe, CHIP can help us achieve this.” Everyday over 2000 kids are reported missing or abducted having the information that CHIP offers is critical should any child go missing. Our Child Identification Program allows the Masonic Lodge to document and record pertinent information such as digital finger prints, still photo, video; this along with their height, weight are placed on a CD at no cost to the parent. A DNA kit is also part of the CHIP kit, and none of the information is retained on the system, this is automatically deleted. Should something happen to the child, the information placed on the CD has the capability to load into the Amber Alert system

“Ordinary” campaign - new appeal focussing on client transformation

Meet Adrian*… “Not that long ago, you would have thought I was just like everyone else. I was working long hours, but enjoying myself. I was living in a house in the suburbs with my family. “They were the world to me. Then my wife and I started having problems and she eventually left, taking our two children with her. “It just hurt so much. It was like I was in a daze and I didn’t know what to do. I never thought something like that would ever happen to me. “I struggled to get by day to day and the next thing I knew, I was out of a job and on the streets. But thanks to Mission Australia, I now have a appreciation of the ‘ordinary’ things in my life again.” Make a commitment to Transform the life of someone like Adrian, call 1800 88 88 68 or visit www.missionaustralia.com.au *Name and identity has been changed to protect our client’s confidentiality

BealeAFB

www.ThinkLikeASpy.com Identity Theft Speaker John Sileo presents to the Department of Defense at Beale Air Force Base in California. Military personnel have unique and pressing reasons to pay extra attention to protecting their private information, as well as the private data of their loved ones, from identity theft. For example: * Historically, the armed forces have used pieces of identity (including Social Security Numbers) to openly identify personal items, including: dog tags, military IDs, commission papers, pay checks and duffel bags. While this practice is being fazed out, it still increases the risk of identity theft among military personnel. * If a member of the military has their identity stolen while deployed (especially overseas), it is exceptionally difficult to recover from the crime in a timely and effective manner. Can you imagine trying to repair your credit rating from the streets of Iraq or prove your innocence to a collection agency while crouched in the bunkers of Afghanistan? To add insult to injury, returning from a tour to find that your credit has been destroyed and that you are wanted for crimes you didnt commit can be overwhelming. * Our airmen, soldiers, sailors and marines can be called to duty in an instant. If financially unprepared, this leaves their families vulnerable to attack. It is imperative that we proactively protect not only ourselves, but our loved ones as well. * Protecting the privacy of our military is a national security

Computer Security & Identity Theft Author/Speaker John Sileo

www.thinklikeaspy.com Identity theft speaker and expert John Sileo speaking on this video about protecting your computer from security breaches. The professional ID Theft speaker gives keynotes seminars and workshops on personal and business privacy. According to a new article in the Wall Street Journal, cybercrime has significantly risen 22.3% in 2009 from 2008. Identity thieves and white collar criminals have taken to the internet and caused over 0 million in reported losses. There were also over 60000 more complaints of cybercrime in 2009. Many experts say the plummeting economy is responsible for the great rise last year. The article goes on to discuss the new and more technologically savvy way that criminals are stealing our information. Criminals tactics also are changing, with a growing number of crimes involving malicious applications installed on mobile devices and embedded in news and celebrity gossip Web sites. In this type of crime, Web criminals are using search-engine optimization to allow fake Web sites to rise to the top of searches. When users click on the links or pop-ups, malware or key loggers infect their computers, usually with the intent of hijacking personal and financial information such as bank passwords and account information. Scam artists also are switching from email to social-networking sites to perpetrate phishing scams designed to steal sensitive information from victims. Top scams now include nondelivery of ordered merchandise

Hamza Yusuf Doha Debate Insulting Identity Religious or Racial

Most people intuitively feel freespeech should be unlimited, yet they also intuitively feel that you should not be able to shout fire in a crowded theatre, lie, or insult people by calling them nigger, negro, chink, honkey or any other insulting speech. Personally i feel there is no reason why free speech should protect insulting and crude remarks, like racist slur, religious slur, or family slurs, like calling someone’s mother a whore or such. Free speech is about critical progressive dialectic speech that is meant to make people think, free speech is not about playground bullying, and rude behaviour. Crude and insulting remarks are not freespeech, whilst critical but polite remarks are. Let’s protect real free speech, which is political and religious dissenting voices, and kick out false free speech which is nothing more than insulting other people. We teach our kids not to be bullies, whether physical or verbal, lets not be hypocrites. Criticise islam, the west, muslims, christianity, peoples parents, children as much as everyone wants, but lets not insult peoples faiths, christianity, christ, buddha, islam, hinduism, race etc. Any sane and morally enlightened human being can tell the difference between the two.
